Our initial day-trip was cancelled, so we picked another one. Lucky shot! Pam, our sweet hotel-host, was worried we had a crappy one, but no…we picked the best one: daytrip on the Derwent Hunter, great old sailing-ship with a long history. From fishing to smuggling to race-ship to passenger-ship. She did it all!
Excellent day sailing, snorkling, swimming, relaxing along the Whitsunday Islands of the Great Barrier Reef. Great crew, nice fellow passengers. Lots and lots of Dutchies…again: they are everywhere 🙂
